Job Summary

Scott Park Group is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our growing Manila team. The ideal candidate has strong residential design experience, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in ArchiCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and layouts for single detached housing projects

• Ensure all deliverables meet required deadlines

• Produce accurate scale modeling with strong attention to detail

• Present layouts clearly and professionally

• Utilize ArchiCAD in producing high-quality drawings

• Collaborate effectively with the team and other departments

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent

• Drafting experience for building in Western Australia

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

• At least 2 years experience with Australian building standards

• Proficient in ArchiCAD

• Good English communication skills
